We have global locations and multiple ordered items may ship from different locations. At checkout one delivery cost will be shown even if the packages may deliver independantly.
The package will ship from the location with the shortest delivery time.
Click and Collect is available from our UK Trade counter located at Unit 5 Holroyd Business Centre, Carrbottom Road, Bradford, BD5 9BP, West Yorkshire. Products are subject to availability, if the item has to be shipped from a global location this will be advised by email or text once availability / lead time has been confirmed

EU Deliveries – Customs Duties & Import Charges

From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs rules affecting goods imported from outside the EU. As a result, orders with a value below €150 (approximately £150) may now be subject to additional customs duties, handling fees and/or administration charges before delivery. These charges are imposed by the relevant customs authorities and delivery carriers, not by Aurora Paws.
What this means for you
Orders shipped to EU member states may be subject to customs duties, import charges or carrier administration fees upon arrival.
These fees vary between countries and carriers and are determined by the destination country's customs regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be payable.
If customs charges are refused or remain unpaid, your parcel may be delayed, returned to us or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. Where a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be less:
the original shipping costs;
any return shipping costs;
customs or carrier charges incurred by us; and
any other reasonable costs associated with the return of the shipment.
We recommend that customers within the European Union familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order.
