Air Screwdrivers are powered by compressed air. Pneumatic screwdrivers are just as powerful and reliable, if not more so, than other types of screwdrivers, such as corded electric screwdrivers, battery-powered screwdrivers and hydraulic screwdrivers. Air screwdrivers offer high torque output and can withstand demanding environments.

Inside the screwdriver compressed air is directed over the vanes of the screwdriver motor, rotating the motor and providing the energy needed to power the screwdriver when in use.
